Our customer the upright M.R.I. scan company with scanners in London, Leeds and Birmingham were the first centre to provide Upright Open MRI scanning in England. They amongst other benefits allow people with “claustrophobia” to sit down in a wide area. To keep their staff trained to a high level every 12 months staff are updated in their life saving skills that includes CPR plus use of an automated external defibrillator, managing a heart attack, a stroke, choking, bleeding and anaphylaxis with just a two hour programme. The high levels of achievement are down to a combination of these annual updates and enthusiasm of the staff.
Solutions Training and Advisory offer both instructor led train the trainer courses for moving and handling of people as well as moving and handling of objects. E-learning courses are also available, and currently the entire Welsh Ambulance service train their paramedics using Solutions Training e-learning software titled Backs For The Future.
