In July 2024 Solutions ran a one day moving and handling update for trainers in the emergency services at De Montfort University. Solutions previously had awarded all the Level 3 Moving and Handling Trainers qualification (Emergency Services) RQF. The training included an eclectic group including St John Ambulance, University Paramedic lecturers and the private ambulance sector.
Feedback included “ The updated training materials including a library of unique prehospital moving and handling techniques will be a fabulous resource” and “ Great to learn new techniques and refresh my instructional skills, I will adopt that method in other topics I teach ”
In the past few years Solutions has trained over 800 trainers from the ambulance and fire and rescue services across the UK and have more qualifying and refresher courses across the UK in 2024.
