Solutions team met with senior influencers in Sweden to discuss how their on line and instructor led training and specialist moving and handling kit could assist European EMS. Representatives from Sweden, Denmark, Finland along with Professor Andy Newton ( Past Chair of UK College of Paramedics) identified a number of areas where the training developed in the UK could benefit European EMS. It was interesting to have a deeper understanding of how other systems work for example in Sweden nurses with additional training crew ambulances. As a result of the meeting a reseller agreement was signed for the “Unique Ambulance Carry Sheet” and talks are ongoing for development of opportunities in Europe and beyond.
