To deliver effective training requires a set of knowledge and skills to ensure that learners leave a training session with knowledge, skills, and mid set that will lead to a change in their behaviour.  

At Solutions our small highly specialised team of trainers will enable your people to effectively train/ instruct others with confidence and competence, they are all professionally qualified and have been training trainers from a wide range of settings for over 25 years. 

Your participants will learn how to apply evidence based principles/ conditions and techniques to create and maintain effective learning situations. 

We will help you identify the level of skills required by your teams and design and deliver a programme accordingly. 

We also offer the option of achieving the QNUK Level 3 Award in Education & Training (RQF) qualification as part of our programme. This certification validates the teaching competence of your trainers and opens up further opportunities for them.

Support is provided throughout the training process, including guidance during work placements. Our goal is to equip your trainers with all they need for successful course delivery and long-term professional growth.
