This week the training team at Solutions have started training some 300 first year student paramedics from Stirling, Birmingham City and Glasgow Caledonian Universities.
They are completing all the theory with our online course (free demo at https://lnkd.in/egjB87t) bespoke for the pre hospital sector then with one of our trainers learning how to assess, then move and handle patients in a very wide
range of situations.
The aims being to ensure both patients and ambulance staff are kept safe. Solutions have over forty years developed unique and novel techniques for achieving these aims. On completion they receive an award on the regulated qualifications framework. We also have impressive case studies that demonstrate the effectiveness of what they are being taught. Solutions additionally train them in conflict resolution skills. We wish them all every success in their three year programme.
