It is a sad fact of life that ambulance staff are exposed to incidents of rude, threatening, abusive or even physical violence when going about their work.
The course will enable them to train their staff in key skills of assessing people and situations, defusing as appropriate or knowing when to leave thereby reducing risks to them and when safe to do so resolving any conflict in a win – win framework2.
